Phone System Issues – Working Towards a FixWe’re aware that some of our calls have been flagged as spam, making it difficult to reach our customers. This issue seems to stem from our cloud-based phone system. We are actively working with our provider to resolve this, but in the meantime, if you’re expecting a call from us and don’t see our name, please check your spam or missed call list and give us a call back. We appreciate your patience!
Back on Track – Faster Turnaround for Jobs and QuotesThe start of the year was challenging, with a heavier workload and outstanding jobs needing to be wrapped up. However, we’re now back on top of things! Our scheduling has returned to a reasonable timeframe, meaning you can expect quicker responses on both jobs and quotes. If you’ve been waiting for a service or quote, now is a great time to reach out.
Welcoming New Team Members – We’re growing! We’re pleased to welcome a new air conditioning technician to our team, as well as two new apprentices.
