If you can tick off these baseline requirements, you are likely eligible to fast-track your approval:

• Your household’s combined annual taxable income is $210,000 or less.

• You own the property (applicable to both owner-occupiers and local residential landlords looking to upgrade rental properties).

• The home is a fixed residential property situated in NSW (proudly servicing Cowra, Orange, Canowindra, Grenfell, Young, and surrounding towns).

• You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

• The property is not public social housing and is not utilised for short-term holiday rentals.

• You meet the standard responsible lending credit criteria of the program’s finance partner.

Note for lower-income households: Up-front discounts of up to $4,000 will also become available under this program for concession card holders and households earning under $80,000. If you qualify for both, we will guide you through applying for the discount first to maximize your savings.
